Way to go Emily! I just read your post. I am proud of all of us and where we are all in this impressive research journey. I too am getting better at skimming. I feel like I still have a long way to go though. My CABS are slowly accumulating as are my list of articles or sources to go through. I am going to start using google scholar now as well as looking into the articles I have and reviewing their sources to dive in further. Tomorrow I am planning on trying to catch up and do more before class starts. This is my last week of teaching summer school so it will be nice to have more time to do research and work on my IRB and the like real soon.
Oddly, I am looking forward to working on the IRB in some way. I am looking forward to seeing it all come together, to crafting the pieces that will be sent home with students and parents and to all the next steps. As overwhelming as it is, it is also feeling a bit exciting.
