Experiential Education - Jennie Reynolds

I’m interested in experiential education.  In reading about experiential ed, I noticed a common theme that really interests me.  All the experiential ed teachers who talk about what truly makes education experiential (as in more than just getting up and moving around), is the concept of shifting power to the student.  Teachers who put students in control of their own education and who honestly are interested in what students have to contribute seem to have success in experiential education.  So I’m interested in how teachers facilitate experiential education in the classroom.  My question might be: How does a teacher best facilitate experiential education?
